Yesterday was a long day, friends. Trying to do some much needed organizing and cleaning, cutting out some new sewing projects, keeping the dog off the counters, starting the Bible study with The Twin (it took 2 hours for us to watch the one hour intro video because…well…babies.), R not taking an afternoon nap…
I was so exhausted by the end of it, so today I’m thankful for my bed. Sleep is great, what little bit I do get.
“Sleep that knits up the ravell’d sleave of care,
The death of each day’s life, sore labour’s bath,
Balm of hurt minds, great nature’s second course,
Chief nourisher in life’s feast.” -Macbeth, II.ii. 38-41
